"Move Yourself Merry"





I used this sequence (as the yogis say!) to teach my class recently. I threw in some variations and more warm ups, but this ended up being a really fun class! So I thought I'd share so you can try it at home. This looks like a moderate level sequence to me. Looks like I need to work on my Lizard pose! There's also a video on the Yoga Journal website where you can watch it with more detailed instructions if you'd like :)

  2. I do pilates (beginner's level) but have really been off my schedule with it the past month. I've always wanted to get into yoga though! That happy baby pose looks like it would really feel quite wonderful on my lower back :) Happy holidays! xo Marisa
