Weekly Salad: Chicken, Grape & Strawberry

Rotisserie-roasted chicken
Mixed greens
Blue cheese crumbles

Balasmic Vinaigrette

On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd rate this at about a 7.  It's not super unique, but the simple flavors work well with each other.  Not bad on the ole wallet, either! If I were vegetarian I would try this with some kind of glazed/slightly crispy outside tofu, and maybe some nuts thrown in there.  I could probably put walnuts on anything, like a squirrel, but pick whatever kind you prefer.  Anyway, my next salad mix is going to involve toasted coconut, and I am way too excited about it!
