This outfit feels completely and currently "me" :) I feel like I'm moving away from my fascination with vintage style and instead am seeking a more modern, or actually futuristic look.  Hence my obsession with clear accessories here.  I'm also crazy into all-green ensembles right now, such a fun neutral.  Remember these trusty rain boots, by the way? Anyway, I've worn this several times recently, but some of the photos were graciously taken by Jessica during a rainy day blogger meet up - thanks girly!

  2. I adore your color choices ...almost as pretty as your smile and your cute boots.and your wonderful green tights....absolutely my favorite of all time....reminds me of when I was a kid..... trying to get away with wearing green tights to my ballet class.........love the complete look...... I adore your gorgeous hair...I've always worn mine long like yours...
I love the look.....it is so chic.....wonderful........you're so pretty...

    … you certainly make a beautiful statement…..

I grew up in tights, being in ballet for 13 years. In fact, mom raised me rather androgynously, so I also wore tights under big sweaters and hip length tunics and such around the house growing up. Your lovely look reminds me of all those days….epsecially when the delivery man would come and I’d meet him at the door and he’s refer to me as Miss……
Oh, by the way, I’m a guy…and I love fashion as much as I love dance.
I traveled in Europe this past fall,
It looks like you have the same affinity for tights as I have…..

I’ve been raving to my new friends about how much I love the tights/shorts look, so they encouraged me to try it myself…
and I have in a big way,….. denim cutoffs, high waisted shorts, even a romper…….
I will following your blog religiously….. thanks for sharing your lovely taste and your beauty

  3. Green is totally your color!

Also sorry, I made the pictures my sized, I would've given you new files with the right size to avoid them looking blown out. I know now!

  4. this is such a quirky and fun outfit, def very "your" and i love the mostly green pallete, it's just the right contrast for the quirky, i kept thinking the vest was a jacket in fact. some great thrift finds right there. and i agree w/ Jess, you look gorgeous in green!
