What I wore: Rustic Red Plaid

Plaid dress: Thrifted
Tights: Target

Shoes: Nordstrom (seen before here and here)

Fur satchel: Festival vendor

Earrings: Thrifted

Can you tell this outfit is clearly inspired by "Little House on the Prairie"? Alright, you got me, I really love the whole idea, historical American dream family set in a beautiful natural landscape and whatnot.  As for the dress, I think it's serving me well as I go through the last of my college years here. I got it a few months ago and couldn't believe the perfect fit.  As for the purse, I'm not sure about the explanation for that, other than the fact that it's ethically handmade from antelope hide by a local woman who sells her wares at an arts and crafts festival I went to .  Anyway, I'm so glad it was warm enough to photograph the dress because it's been a fall staple so far, and that season is nearly over - can't believe it!

  1. I love all of the rust/fall colors in this outfit! And that bag is pretty amazing! Great find!

    1. Thanks, Abby :) Always nice to hear from you!

  2. Adore your dress - the shape and colour are so pretty on you, and I love how you paired it with the rust coloured tights. Definitely perfect for fall!
