What I wore: Star Spangled

Red star print dress: Macy's
Pearl earrings: Francesca's

Shoes: Nordstrom, seen before here, here, and here

My wardrobe can be strangely patriotic sometimes, ever have that happen? I'm actually not usually a fan of red at all, but lately I crave wearing it, and I can't help but love the classic color combination of red, white & blue. This dress may look familiar, as I have the same one in a different print that I posted earlier this year, though I have had other babydoll dresses, and I think I favor them because they are feminine, but not form fitting. They're flowy, airy, and comfortable (especially if they're made of cotton like this one). Anyway, I have worn this for several occasions, like grocery shopping, roadtripping to visit family, going out for a meal with friends, anything really. In these photos we were on a Sunday drive after a morning cup of coffee at home and found this local landmark, a pretty little barn. It is Ohio, after all!
